Website: Assisted team in information architecture and site UX design (Figma), UI engineering, CMS set-up, custom code, and form creation (Webflow)

Product: Interviewed individual and organizational customers to better understand the problems they faced around device security and management, created requirements definition for product execution, helped design the IA< UX< and UI of the online dashboard, set pricing and packaging direction.
